50 Cent ‘confirms’ GTA 6 is on its way by sharing leaked images from ‘Vice City’

Grand Theft Auto 6 is definitely in the works and is likely to be called 'Vice City'—that is, if legendary rapper 50 Cent is to be believed.

In a shock Twitter post, 50 Cent shared a promotional image in the same visual style as Grand Theft Auto which simply says 'Vice City'.

He didn't add context, but just said: "I will explain this later" and added "bigger than POWER trust me", referring to the TV crime drama he co-produces.

One Twitter user, Rendel, said: "If this is what I think it is. This is going to be major."

Previous GTA 6 leaks have suggested that 50 Cent is not the only legendary rapper to be involved in the rumoured upcoming game.

In late 2021, Snoop Dogg 'accidentally' confirmed GTA 6 is on the way when he revealed in a Rolling Stone interview that both Dr Dre and himself are working on music for the game.

Talking about a Dr Dre collaboration, Snoop said: "I do know he's in the studio. I do know he's making great f**king music. And some of his music is connected to the GTA game that's coming out. So I think that will be the way that his music is released, through the GTA video game."

Excitement for Rockstar's latest Grand Theft Auto title continues to grow following leaks of early development gameplay footage last year.

Clips alleged to be leaked from the game show that it features the series' first playable female protagonist.

Aside from confirming that a new GTA is in the works, Rockstar has kept the details close to its chest and hasn't shared any official gameplay images or footage.

Some GTA fans are even taking matters into their own hands by creating fan-made versions of what they think the game will look like using Unreal Engine 5.
