PlayStation Plus subscribers are counting down to the release of the Extra and Premium titles for October 2023. The next batch of PS Plus Extra and Premium games have an October 17 release date and an estimated 10am BST UK launch time. A grand total of 11 PS4 and PS5 games will join the PS Plus Extra line-up, while an additional four games will be available to Premium subscribers. Unfortunately, however, it’s not all good news, because 13 games will also be leaving the line-up on October 17.
Indeed, if you haven’t already, consider this your last chance to finish games like Far Cry 4, Far Cry 5, The Crew, The Medium, The Quarry and Torquel.
That’s on top of Astebreed, Clouds and Sheep 2, Gal Gunvolt Burst, Goosebumps: The Game, Inside, Limbo and Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker.
Titles replacing the aforementioned games include spooky titles like Dead Island Definitive Edition, The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes and the excellent Alien Isolation.
“Fifteen years after the events of Alien, Ellen Ripley’s daughter, Amanda enters a desperate battle for survival, on a mission to unravel the truth behind her mother’s disappearance,” reads the official description.
“As Amanda, you will navigate through an increasingly volatile world as you find yourself confronted on all sides by a panicked, desperate population and an unpredictable, ruthless Alien.
“Underpowered and underprepared, you must scavenge resources, improvise solutions and use your wits, not just to succeed in your mission, but to simply stay alive.”

Gotham Knights will also join the PS Plus Extra line-up in October, alongside Far: Changing Tides, Gungrave GORE and Elite Dangerous.
That’s on top of unique and innovative role-playing game Disco Elysium Definitive Edition, which is arguably the pick of the bunch in October.
Outlast 2, Eldest Souls and Roki will also be available for PS Plus Extra subscribers from October 17.
Meanwhile, PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can also download and play Tekken 6, Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny, Ape Escape Academy and IQ Final.
