When does Destiny 2’s Season of Dawn end?

As of December 10, Destiny 2 players have been enjoying the Season of Dawn – the latest update to the shared world shooter that once again takes the title's focus to the Cabal.

This new update introduced a plethora of new updates to the game, and marked the next chapter of the game for players enjoying the title on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Stadia.

Though Destiny 2: Shadowkeep's latest update is still early in its three-month life, fans are eager to know what's coming next – and when.

As we saw in the transition between Season of the Undying and the current season, there's a lot of appetite for new refreshes in Destiny, so here's what you need to know about Season of the Dawn's end date.

Destiny 2's Season of Dawn will run until March 9th, 2020.

We know that now, we're going to have four seasons per year and that each of them will last roughly 10 weeks.

The last event listed on the roadmap for the season will take place over Valentine's Day – from February 11 to February 18 – and is the now-familiar Crimson Days event.

That means we've got about three weeks of unspecified content coming between Crimson Days and the start of Season 10… whatever that will be.

We'll keep you updated as we hear more about what's going on with Destiny 2 and Season 10 as it becomes apparent… but we can probably expect a reworking of the Void subclass and a Season that focuses on something different from the Vex or the Cabal, since they've been the focus of the last two Seasons.

Expect Bungie to reveal more in due time.
