The Last of Us Part 1 is set to launch on September 2, and we've just seen seven minutes of gameplay from Bill's Town – a section of the game where Joel, Ellie, and his old friend Bill have to traverse an infected town filled with booby traps.
The video shows off the smooth framerate – a 120fps mode that was leaked recently – and some nice lens flare as Joel crouches towards a group of infected. Water in puddles also reflects the surroundings
The combat is what you'd expect of a Last of Us gameplay demo. A lot of showing off the tools on display with several bombs and molotovs used to clear out small groups of enemies in and around a high school – resources most players always hoard for a rainy day.
