PlayStation Plus is about due to announce its February line-up of games – and we've got a deal that might make next month's offering even more of an attractive proposition for you.
Thanks to the surprise announcement of a brand new promotion, Sony is gunning for PlayStation 4 owners that have only recently managed to acquire the record-breaking console, tempting these newcomers to sample the (admittedly great value) PS Plus subscription service.
Anyone using their PlayStation 4 can head over to the PSN Store right now and, until the end of January, can subscribe to PS Plus for just £3.49.
This is a massive 50% off the usual figure that you'd have to put down to sign up to the service for a month, and means you'll get to try January's PS Plus games, too.
Better yet, if you put the money down for a month of the service towards the latter half of January, you'll be able to download and play the January and February line-up of free PS4 games via PS Plus, too.
Not bad for the sake of less than a pint, eh? (We're talking London prices, for reference).
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Goat Simulator are the current games being offered out by the PlayStation Plus service, and they'll be up for grabs until February 4 when two as-yet-unannounced titles will replace them.
Bad news for current PS Plus users, though – this deal is open to new users only.
