Fortnite fans will be waking up to a new Fortnite Update today as Epic Games has released Fortnite update 11.30.1 overnight following the games Star Wars event on Saturday evening.
Epic Games has released some details about the update, which they say is primarily for addressing “stability issues” across the game.
The official Fortnite Status Twitter account posted the following message:
“We’ve released patch v11.30.1 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC to address stability issues.”
The Fortnite Status account also told fans about some other changes, with the DirectX 12 beta coming to an end:
“We have temporarily disabled the DirectX 12 beta. Thank you for participating — we've gained valuable information. We're going to make some improvements and re-open the doors in early 2020.”
