If you’ve ever wondered about the best possible route to landing yourself free games, it turns out complimenting Keanu Reeves in public is now a viable option.
During Microsoft’s E3 press conference, it was revealed how Keanu Reeves will play a role in CD Projekt Red’s upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 – with the actor appearing on stage to confirm the game’s April 2020 release date.
As Keanu described the game as ‘breathtaking’, a man in the crowd replied,’ You’re breathtaking,’ prompting the actor to describe everyone in the room as such to cheers from the audience.
Turns out, the man who shouted is Xbox YouTuber Peter Sark from the Los Angeles area, who posted the clip on his own social media.
After posting the clip, developer CD Projekt Red replied to his tweet by offering him free copy of the Cyberpunk 2077 Collector’s Edition for his Keanu gushing.
The collector’s edition of Cyberpunk 2077 is no skimpy prize either, costing a whopping £249.99 and featuring a special box, the game, collectible steelbook, a 10 inch statue of the game’s protagonist V, an art book, and a metal pin set.
There’s also a quadra V-tech metal keychain, annotated copy of A Visitor’s Guide To Night City in an NCPD evidence bag, a world compendium book, embroidered patches, postcards from Night City, a map of Night City, sticker bomb set, a soundtrack, art booklet, Cyberpunk 2020 sourcebook and digital wallpapers for desktop and mobile.
The game is an open-world RPG set in futuristic dystopia Night City, where you play as customisable mercenary V in a world obsessed with body modifications.
Cyberpunk 2077 releases 16 April 2020 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
