Sprout sign oskar, still need one to complete roster

The new era in Sprout has begun as they begin to rebuild following Nils “k1to” Gruhne and Florian “syrsoN” Rische’s move away from the organization.

Both k1to and syrsoN have landed on BIG, leaving Sprout down to players up until it was revealed earlier today that Tomáš “oskar” Šťastný had been signed by the German organization. oskar will be taking over the AWP role which was left vacant by syrsoN.

The 28-year-old had been most recently playing under HellRaisers, however, his contract with the organization had expired. He had only been on Hellraisers since March, his second stint with the organization. Prior to HellRaisers oskar had spent two years as a member of mousesports.

Having been a top 20 player in 2017 and 2018, the ceiling has always been high for oskar. He failed to achieve the same level in 2019, however, before and after his return to HellRaisers and will be looking to find his form once more alongside this new lineup.

Sprout is up to four players now and should be revealing their fifth and final member in the coming days as they look to attend DreamHack Open Leipzig from January 24th to 26th.
