Riot Games MENA Partners With Intel and Logitech for Valorant Esports – The Esports Observer

Riot Games has grown its relationship with Logitech and Intel with a new partnership for its 2021 semi-pro competitive Valorant event that will qualify MENA teams for an international competition. 

Riot Games has received praise for its work in the MENA esports scene especially for the region’s competitive ecosystem and partnerships. They have been running tournaments from League of Legends to Valorant in the last couple of years, but recently they revealed the start of their pro tour Strike Arabia Championship for Valorant.

Intel and Logitech are expanding their relationship with Riot Games MENA, as they are both already working with Riot in the region on League of Legends esports initiatives. 

Riot Games MENA also announced that eight finalists will advance to the Strike Arabia League, it will be the second time that Riot Games MENA will prepare a LAN event in the region after the Nexus Arabia in 2019. The champion will directly qualify to the EMEA Last Chance Qualifiers where they will find multiple challenges in order to qualify to the Valorant Champions.

Additionally, Riot Games also announced that Palestine will be an eligible country to participate in all upcoming tournaments with the other regions.
