Na'Vi looks into FL1T, forZe not looking to sell

Natus Vincere was showing interest in Evgeny “FL1T” Lebedev of forZe the latter organization has revealed. forZe posted a TwitLonger discussing the matter just a day after reports came out suggesting that Na’Vi were looking to replace Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovács.

The organization is considering this move while GuardiaN isn’t participating in the team’s practices. In addition, Rodion “fear” Smyk from Na’Vi’s Junior team is filling his place in practice but isn’t expected to replace GuardiaN in the starting lineup should he be removed. This is where Na’Vi was hoping FL1T would come in.

It now appears unlikely now, however, as forZe have confirmed that while Na’Vi showed interest, forZe and the player will ultimately stay together. forZe had no interest in selling the player and therefore the only option given to Na’Vi was to buy out the player’s contract for a large sum.

“There were no offers made and no amount named. There was no pressure from us to FL1T or NaVi management,” the post explains.

FL1T has been with forZe since October, 2018 and has been a strong performer for the squad since. It looks like Na’Vi will have to look elsewhere for a possible replacement though.

With GuardiaN’s departure and Na’Vi’s search for a rifler, it is expected that Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev will return to being the squad’s main AWP moving forward.
