Dota 2 professionals will have a full packed first month of 2020 and so will the fans. The first Minor of the year, WePlay! Bukovel is only a week away while the DreamLeague Season 13: The Leipzig Major will take place mid-January. In between the two Dota Pro Circuit tournaments, there are a few online events. Here is the schedule to kick off the new year:

Maincast Winter Brawl started on the 28th of December with 12 teams beginning the tournament with the group stage matches. Before the New Year’s Eve, only eight made it to the playoffs. OG.Seed, HellRaisers, jfshfh178, Team Singularity, Vikin.gg, FlyToMoon, Gentlemen and Nemiga Gaming will resume the battle for the championship title on the 3rd of January in a single elimination bracket, best of three games.

China Dota2 Professional League Season 1

DPL made a comeback in June last year with the main purpose
of nurturing the Chinese scene. Split in two tiers, the league offers a competitive
platform for youth teams to play against each other and eventually promote into
the second season where the big names are waiting to be challenged. The Development
league started on October 14 with weekly rounds of games and iG.Vitality along
with Typhoon E-Sports Club advanced to the Professional Season. January 2020
features the last two weeks of group stage matches. Six teams will make it to
the playoffs by the 8th of January, 2020 and so far RNG, PSG.LGD, Keen Gaming,
iG.Vitality, Invictus Gaming and Vici Gaming are in the lead.

Bukovel Minor
WePlay! Bukovel Minor will unfold January 9-12 with eight teams fighting for the title. The winner will take home $72,000 of the $300,000 prize pool but more importantly, will grab a ticket to the Leipzig Major.

Top two teams from each group will advance to the playoffs
which are scheduled to take place in a double elimination bracket January 11-12.
DreamLeague Season 13: The Leipzig Major
DreamLeague Season 13: The Leipzig Major will be the next
pit stop in the DPC schedule. The WePlay! Bukovel Minor Champions will join 15
other qualified teams for the big battle. As all Majors, DreamLeague Leipzig
has $1,000,000 to offer and 15000 Pro Circuit Points. The tournament will take place
January 18-26 starting with group stage matches counting for the playoffs
seeding.
