Flow has passed away at age 25

Alexander “Flow” Sazonov has passed away today at age 25 after fighting cancer for almost three years.

Flow was diagnosed in January 2018 with a mediastinal germ cell tumor. In February of the same year, he underwent a successful surgical intervention to remove the tumor and returned to the competitive scene, never letting his illness interfere with his dream. Unfortunately, this month it was announced that cancer relapsed and on September 30, 2020, Flow passed away at only 25 years old. The tragic news was announced on his vk fan page.

He joined the professional scene in 2015 and played in the offlane role for CIS teams such Double Dimension,  Prodota Gaming , Elements Pro Gaming, Duza Gaming, and most recently for FlyToMoon.

At the beginning of the 2019-2020 competitive season, Flow participated with FlyToMoon at the very first LAN tournament of the season, DreamLeague Rotterdam. He kept competing on a  professional level until August this year.

We express our deepest condolences to his family, friends and fans.
Rest in peace, Flow.
