100 Thieves Adds to Executive Team Across Marketing, People, and Content Divisions

North American esports and gaming lifestyle company 100 Thieves has added some key members to its executive team in the form of Mark Rasoul as vice president, marketing; Julie Van as vice president, people; and Jeremy Azevedo as vice president, content.

The former brand marketing director for Call of Duty Esports at Activision Blizzard, Rasoul has also worked as a marketing executive at adidas Basketball, in the role of director of digital marketing & PR.

Van comes from Lucky Strike Entertainment where she was vice president of people & culture. She will have an integral role in guiding the talent and culture that reflects the “100 Thieves ethos.”

As vice president of content, Azevedo will be tasked in growing the entertainment side of the 100 Thieves business, with a focus on creating premium content. Azevedo has over 10 years of experience in online video and has been a digital media executive who has directly managed many brands in the industry, including IGN, Group Nine Media, Machinima, and Jukin Media.

These c-level hires follow a year of positive growth for 100 Thieves as the company opened its state-of-the-art 100 Thieves Cash App Compound headquarters in January. Additionally, 100 Thieves added content creators including Neekolul (real name unknown), created a new competitive VALORANT esports team, and hosted the Gamers For Equality tournament series.
